Deliver the Result. TORKLAW is hiring a litigation attorney for high-value plaintiff personal injury cases in California. This is not a support role. You will be expected to own your caseload, drive litigation strategy, communicate with clients, move cases forward, and deliver results. What You Will Do Manage a full litigation caseload from filing through resolution Develop case strategy, liability, damages, and settlement value Draft and argue motions Handle discovery, depositions, experts, and trial preparation Negotiate with carriers and defense counsel Communicate directly with clients First chair civil jury trials What We Are Looking For Attorney licensed and in good standing 7+ years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Real trial experience Strong writing, motion practice, and courtroom ability Independent operator who does not need hand holding High accountability, urgency, and ownership Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation and Benefits $200,000+ base depending on experience 401(k) with 4% company match, fully vested Medical coverage 12 paid holidays 10 vacation days 6 sick days Professional development Firm events and team experiences Laptop upgrade every 3 years, yours to keep How to Apply Do not apply through Craigslist or the website.
