Experience preferred but will train the right candidate. We represent clients before the IRS, State tax agencies, SBA and in Tax Court. This is a mostly remote position that will require occasionally meeting clients in person for meetings at our office. Most of the work will be performed remotely through online CRMs and programs. We are a smaller family friendly firm and we try to keep work expectations below 50 hours a week, ideally closer to 40 hours a week. We offer a good benefits package that includes a 401k with matching, health insurance, life insurance and 12 days vacation and sick time per year. We do semi-annual performance reviews where most employees routinely receive raises. Our office works as a team using Level 10 EOS systems to foster a collaborative team approach and each attorney will be part of a team of attorneys and legal assistants.
