The workload and assignments vary but the ideal candidate would be able to handle intellectually challenging assignments such as case-law research and analysis. Requirements: -Paralegal certificate -Strong attention to detail -Computer literate--must be able to navigate MS Word, Outlook, and type at least 65 WPM -Knowledge of civil procedure rules -Draft and respond to discovery including form and special interrogatories, requests for admission, requests for production, subpoenas, etc. -Assist in drafting pre-trial documents including jury instructions, trial readiness reports, motions in limine -Prepare page-line deposition summaries -Review and identity relevant documents in large document deposits Highly Desirable: -Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Very good benefits and paid parking If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter.
