un Paralegal - Looking for long term employee (Thousand Oaks) compensation: $25 to $40 employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Paralegal (Paralegal) Case assignment includes taking calls within your assigned cases, responding to e-mails, mail, and handling interoffice communication(s), Manage calendar and dockets, review client(s) billings, review pleadings, declarations, coordinate meetings and communications, and prepare and submit forms as needed, Match up relevant documents, draft documents, prepare/index/organize documents for attorney(s) review, Navigate multiple computer platforms including e-comp, Clio, MS365 (including Excel & Outlook), Adobe, and be willing to learn programs that incorporate AI, Take direction from attorneys, work with outside legal professionals, medical professionals, clients, government officials, and do so with integrity and confidentiality, in order to get cases accepted and effectuate change. Be willing to cover co-workers in their absence, be willing for your position to grow and change, be open to go to conferences, yet not above helping wipe the crumbs off a kitchen counter, if that is what is needed in the moment.
