Position Highlights Handle high-level medical malpractice litigation matters from inception through resolution Gain substantial experience in depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation Work closely with a collaborative litigation team in a fast-paced, professional environment Opportunity for long-term advancement within a stable and respected firm Strong support infrastructure and established client relationships Qualifications 2-4 years of medical malpractice litigation experience preferred Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar Additional New England bar admissions are a plus Strong written advocacy, litigation strategy, and case management skills Experience with depositions, motion practice, and courtroom appearances preferred Ability to independently manage files while maintaining excellent client relationships Portable business is welcomed but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000-$130,000+ depending on experience and credentials Additional compensation consideration available for attorneys with significant litigation experience or an established client base Comprehensive benefits package Clear path for professional growth and advancement Culture & Environment This firm highly values professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
