Associate Attorney-Remote

Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy Qualifications 3+ years of experience Preferred experience in Insurance Defense, General Liability, including Premises Liability Admitted to practice in NJ (NY, CT, or PA is a plus!)
