Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and transactional agreements. Assist clients with business formations, structural changes, and corporate governance matters. Conduct legal research and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. Maintain direct communication with clients, providing strategic legal counsel to meet their business goals. Qualifications Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated transactional or corporate law experience. Billable Requirement: A highly manageable 1,500 billable hour target, allowing for true work-life balance. Licensure: Active license to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing. Skills: Strong contract drafting skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
