Senior Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Attorney with 5+ years of expertise in Family Law, Litigation, Estates, or Corporate Law to join a collaborative, growth-focused firm offering hybrid flexibility and strong administrative support.

• Manage legal matters independently across litigation, transactional, or estate-related practice areas.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and agreements.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and stakeholders.

• Handle case strategy, dispute resolution, hearings, negotiations, and client counseling.

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient matter management.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law or eligible for prompt licensure.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience preferred.

• Strong writing, analytical, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
