Defense Litigation Attorney

We are a well-established mid-size regional law firm with a strong defense litigation practice. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in our Moorestown, New Jersey office.

Position Overview

• The Associate Attorney will support the firm's defense litigation practice by handling case preparation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting in all phases of litigation.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Manage discovery, including document review and preparation of responses

• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate with partners and team members on litigation strategy

• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications

• Active admission to the NJ Bar

• Prior experience in defense litigation preferred

• Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
