Position Description Advertised Job Summary:
Serves as Associate General Counsel for the University of South Carolina. Provides legal representation, advice and counsel to officials, administrators, academic units, and departments with the University. Oversees and directs complex subject areas within the Office of General Counsel. Represents the University in State and Federal courts, and in internal and external administrative hearings and proceedings.

Within the Office of the General Counsel, oversees and is responsible for the efficient provision of legal advise and counsel in complex subject areas. Meet with USC officials, administrators and employees and issues legal opinions and memoranda.
