Established (85+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney for Business Litigation in Boston, MAAn established firm based in Boston, MA with over 85 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 5-7+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This role focuses on commercial disputes and business litigation, representing a wide range of clients in state and federal courts and before agency and regulatory bodies, with hands-on exposure to all phases of discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.Offer:Salary range: $150,000-$175,000+, contingent on experiencePerformance-based bonusesExcellent healthcare coverage401(k) retirement planPaid time off and firm holidaysProfessional development and mentorship from nationally recognized litigatorsQualifications:5-7+ years of litigation experience with strong tenure at prior firmsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standingDemonstrated experience handling commercial disputes from inception through resolutionProven ability to draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documentsExperience taking and defending depositions and managing all phases of discovery, including e-discoveryStrong courtroom presence with exposure to hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trialsExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple matters independently and meet competing deadlinesResponsibilities:Represent a range of clients in commercial disputes across state and federal courtsConduct legal research and analysis on complex business litigation mattersDraft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documentsCollect, organize, and evaluate evidence to support case strategyManage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery, document review, and productionTake and defend depositions in support of pending mattersAttend and participate in hearings, arbitrations, trials, and mediationsCoordinate and supervise the work of outside experts and consultantsEnsure compliance with all state, local, and federal laws related to litigation mattersMaintain consistent client communication and provide strategic advisory support
