Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Office of the Attorney Generals Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division as an Investigative Paralegal. The Division is responsible for protecting and promoting the publics interest in the Commonwealths public charities that range in size and complexity, from our largest universities and health care systems, to small, local human service organizations.

Paralegal II: Requires demonstrated experience supporting legal and investigative work, with the ability to manage routine to moderately complex matters with limited guidance.

Paralegal III: Meets all requirements of Paralegal II and requires advanced experience supporting legal and investigative work, with the ability to independently manage complex matters.

Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt. Our current hybrid model includes some remote workdays for most positions.

Salary: Investigative Paralegal II $60,913; Investigative Paralegal III $67,004.
