Job Description:
LHH is working on a Senior Litigation Paralegal opportunity with a fast-paced litigation team handling complex matters in state and federal court. This position is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys managing cases from start to finish, and is comfortable supporting high-level litigation work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation matters from pre-litigation through post-judgment, supporting attorneys through all phases of case progression
- Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests/responses, privilege logs, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents
- Handle state and federal court filings, including CM/ECF filings, and maintain familiarity with applicable procedural and local court rules
- Coordinate depositions, service of process, trial preparation, exhibit management, and case-related scheduling/deadline tracking
- Review, organize, and manage large volumes of client documents and electronically stored information (ESI), including document review, Bates labeling, coding, and production support
- Maintain accurate case files and client information within the firm's case management system
- Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, and internal legal support teams to keep matters moving efficiently
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex civil litigation matters
- Experience managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery and trial preparation
- Strong experience with state and federal court filings and litigation calendaring
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms, document review tools, and legal research software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and case management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree with relevant paralegal experience preferred
