Location: Monmouth County or Middlesex County, NJ (Hybrid Available)

Client is a growing and highly respected New Jersey family law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their expanding team. They are looking for a motivated legal professional who can independently manage cases while contributing to a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Seasoned attorneys with 10+ years of experience and/or an established book of business are strongly encouraged to apply. Solo practitioners looking to transition away from firm management responsibilities are also welcome to inquire confidentially.

• Handle family law matters from inception through resolution

• Manage a caseload including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

• Conduct court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

• Minimum 3 years of New Jersey Family Law experience required

• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
