Bankruptcy Attorney-Urgent

A highly regarded financial services law firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join its growing team in Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain exposure to sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including complex Chapter 11 reorganizations. Key Responsibilities: Represent creditors in bankruptcy matters, including complex Chapter 11 business reorganizations Assist senior attorneys with managing bankruptcy case files and strategy Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy and restructuring issues Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules of assets and liabilities, financial disclosures, motions, and other court filings Support litigation strategy and court proceedings related to bankruptcy matters Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal legal teams Qualifications: 4+ years of bankruptcy experience, with a focus on representing creditors Experience working on complex Chapter 11 reorganizations Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Active bar admission in Delaware required Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive compensation based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including parking and long-term care insurance Strong support for continuing legal education and professional development Interested in learning more?
