Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and defense attorneys

• Data entry and organization of files in a paperless environment

• Maintain and update documentation

• Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish - Required

• Minimum 2 years of Workers' Compensation legal assistant experience - Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software

• MerusCase experience is a plus

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Team-oriented mindset
