Litigation Associate Attorney

A boutique national law firm specializing in construction law, surety law and government contracts services seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for their McLean, VA office. In this role you will be responsible for the litigation process, with heavy research and writing. Position requires (a) an active license to practice law in Virginia or the ability to waive in; (b) 2-6 years of civil litigation experience. Construction experience with public and private works claims for change order disputes, delay and disruption claims, and mechanic’s lien issues is preferred but not required. Position is generally onsite in McLean. Remote work 1 day/week is okay. Includes base salary + substantial annual bonus + comprehensive benefits (health, dental and vision insurance; 401K; PTO; etc).

salary: $185,000 - $210,000 per year
