We are seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in personal injury and/or professional liability defense to support cases through investigation and discovery in our Cincinnati office. Requirements What You'll Do As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in managing litigation matters from early investigation through discovery and resolution , while working closely with senior attorneys and gradually taking on greater responsibility. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery Assist with case strategy, liability analysis, and exposure evaluation Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and court proceedings Support trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit coordination Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members Prepare case reports, status updates, and legal correspondence Preferred Qualifications Insurance defense or general liability litigation experience Deposition and courtroom experience Ability to handle a moderate caseload with increasing independence Salary Description $95,000+ annually +Bonus Potential!
