In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex Paralegal initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning related to Paralegal deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex Paralegal challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Paralegal deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate with Client personnel in Legal Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Paralegal experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
The Marketing Compliance Reviewer is responsible for reviewing proposed marketing and advertising content developed by marketing teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. This role focuses on consumerfacing materials related to financial products and services and serves as a key control to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risk.
This role evaluates content for compliance with consumer protection requirements including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and principles articulated by federal banking regulators, including unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP) standards.
They should have familiarity with what is required to comply with the consumer protection and marketing laws
Length: 6 months- with great possibility for conversion for the right candidates
Location: USA-DE-WILMINGTON-2200 Concord Pike-109022
Interview process: 2 Rounds Teams Video Interviews - 2nd round quick 10-20-minute final interviews
