We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to help design, build, and scale our corporate legal function. Your Impact As Senior Corporate Counsel (Corporate Law, Contracts & Governance), you will play a foundational role in shaping Accelevation's corporate legal framework. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business partners across the organization. You will build scalable legal policies, templates, and processes from the ground up while balancing legal risk with Accelevation's growth objectives in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Advise and oversee a wide variety of corporate and commercial legal matters, including contracts, business practices, governance, and compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, with particular emphasis on construction contracts, manufacturing agreements, and supply and vendor agreements Develop, implement, and maintain corporate policies, contract templates, and legal processesoften from scratchto support a scaling enterprise Manage corporate governance matters, including entity management, compliance obligations, and boardrelated support Serve as the Legal Department point person for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions Advise internal stakeholders across the business on commercial, operational, and strategic legal issues Identify legal risks and provide pragmatic, businessfocused solutions aligned with company growth objectives Assist in the development and refinement of the Company's ESG initiatives Support the General Counsel in building, scaling, and strengthening the legal function as the organization expands Manage outside counsel as needed while maintaining an efficient, inhouse, businessoriented legal approach Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience specifically practicing corporate lawat a law firm and/or in an inhouse legal environment. Strong background overseeing corporate and commercial legal matters on an endtoend basis Significant experience drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in construction, manufacturing, and supply chain contexts Experience supporting or managing mergers and acquisitions Practical experience with corporate governance and policy development Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment A juris doctorate (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law (in good standing).
