Litigation Paralegal

20th April, 2026 The Wilner Group has partnered with a boutique law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services, including dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Together, we are searching for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team on-site in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution. File documents within electronic court systems. Maintain organized and accurate case files; understand litigation terminology and processes. Draft notices, subpoenas, and responses to discovery. Review and track all incoming notices and motions; follow up on related tasks. Manage trial calendars and assist attorneys in meeting deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or related field. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred but not required). Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a reputable law firm. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Compensation: $60K-$65K, based on experience.
