Litigation Paralegal (Trial Focus - Entertainment & Commercial Litigation)
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary (DOE; flexibility for senior candidates)
Location: Santa Monica, CA (Fully Remote; onsite presence required in Los Angeles during trial and key litigation events)

Overview
A highly collaborative, litigationfocused law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a lean and growing team handling entertainment and commercial litigation, including highstakes contract disputes. This is a fully remote role daytoday, with meaningful trial exposure and handson responsibility throughout all phases of litigation.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and forwardthinking-someone who enjoys anticipating attorney needs, taking ownership of cases, and contributing beyond purely administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation calendars and proactively track deadlines, including regular deadline updates to attorneys
Support all phases of litigation, with an emphasis on trial preparation
Prepare and manage trial materials, including:
Trial binders
Witness binders
Exhibit binders
Assist with pretrial filings and submissions (e.g., motions in limine, witness and exhibit lists)
Draft and prepare firstlevel litigation documents and filings
Handle document management and organization within internal systems (OneDrive)
Support eDiscovery and document review (DISCO preferred)
Perform issuebased document searches and assist with legal research
Coordinate trial logistics, including:
War room setup
Equipment and vendor coordination
Onsite trial support in Los Angeles as needed
Qualifications
Litigation paralegal experience in state and/or federal courts of California required
Trial preparation experience required
PACER experience preferred
Experience with eDiscovery platforms: - DISCO strongly preferred
Relativity, Everlaw, or other platforms acceptable
Strong organizational and file management skills
Highly proactive, anticipatory work style; ability to think ahead and manage competing priorities
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with occasional inperson requirements
Adaptable and open to learning new systems and workflows
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required; relevant education may be accepted in lieu of certification
