Employment / Litigation Counsel

The Team

We are seeking a Counsel (Employment/Litigation) to join American Tower's UST Legal organization. The UST Legal team provides strategic and day to day legal guidance to the Company's leadership, management, and Human Resources teams across U.S. operations. This role is closely aligned with both Corporate and U.S. Tower HR teams and plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, managing employment litigation, and supporting business objectives through proactive, practical legal counsel. Day to day, this role focuses on advising on employment matters, managing litigation strategy, and partnering cross functionally to mitigate risk and enable the business.
