Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Community Care Advocates in Rochester, New York! This role is in person/on site. Please read below and with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Contract, opportunity for full-time offer!

Available Shifts: Full-time days and overnights, part time overnights

Pay: $17.00 to $22.50 an hour, based on experience and shift

Role Overview:

Hands-on roles which focus heavily on providingpanionship and emotional support (conversation, d hobbies, reading)

Support leisure pursuits, phone calls, engagement/socialization, getting outside & other places.

Light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, laundry)

Follow activity enrichment calendar for scheduled programs

The ideal candidate would have no problems meeting the scheduling requirements.

In addition, candidates should befortable working closely with elderly patients and patients with dementia.

Stronganizational skills and a can-do' attitude will be a good fit for these positions.

Individuals with Home Healthcare experience or CNA experience are encouraged to .

Requirements Include:

HS Diploma or GED

2 years of experience working with the elderly

Experience caring for those with Alzheimer's and memory care is a plus

Home Health background preferred
