Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage calendars, conference room scheduling, and office communications
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support
Maintain client files and assist with document organization
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and general office duties
Support the team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
Law firm or legal internship experience is a required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
