Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings, depositions, and deadlines

  • Prepare, proofread, and electronically file legal documents in state and federal court

  • Handle time-sensitive administrative tasks with precision and professionalism

  • Support litigation processes and maintain organized case files

  • Processing conflict checks and opening new matters

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of legal assistant experience

  • Experience in construction litigation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software systems

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
