Compensation: $72,000 - $83,000
Days in Office: Primarily in office (Beverly Hills); open to hybrid after probationary period
Candidate Summary
This is an urgent, directhire opportunity for a seniorlevel Litigation Legal Assistant to join a fastpaced litigation practice. The role is best suited for a highly accurate, selfdirected professional who can step in immediately, manage multiple attorneys, and handle complex litigation support with minimal rampup. Candidates will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation matters and step into a critical support role with immediate impact.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Seniorlevel litigation legal assistant experience (midtolarge law firm preferred)
Proven ability to independently support multiple attorneys
Extensive California and Federal court efiling experience
Expert calendaring and docketing skills with zero tolerance for errors
Milana experience preferred; Compulaw or equivalent acceptable
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including complex document formatting
Trial preparation experience (exhibits, binders, TOCs/TOAs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Role Overview
Provide highlevel litigation support in a fastpaced environment
Prepare, revise, and format complex pleadings and legal documents
Manage calendaring, deadlines, and docketing with precision
Handle California and Federal efilings
Assist with trial preparation and maintain organized client files
Support multiple attorneys simultaneously
