Job Description: Bauer Gravel Farnham, LLP is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney who desires to continue the firm's tradition of providing quality legal services in a professional manner. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Vermont with a desire to work in a professional and collaborative firm setting, where both what we do and how we do it is equally important. The candidate should possess strong writing and oral advocacy skills as well as research and customer service skills.
Experience and interest in Real Estate Law. Bringing a current client base to the firm is not required but would also be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Title Searching
Conduct Closings
Deed Work
Title Issue Resolution
Execution of all aspects of a real estate transaction, in coordination with all players in the real estate transaction.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Vermont.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Existing client base or ability to generate business would be considered a significant advantage.
