In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on or participate in moderately complex Paralegal initiatives and deliverables. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Paralegal deliverables, review and analyze moderately complex Paralegal challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Paralegal deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel in Legal is essential.

• 4 years of Paralegal experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Experience in legal research and writing
• Familiarity with legal software and databases
• Strong organizational skills
