Litigation Attorney

A well-established and growing mid-size firm with over 35 years in practice is seeking a Construction/Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team across their Philadelphia, New York, or Washington, DC offices. This Associate would have 2+ years of experience in construction or commercial litigation, representing contractors, suppliers, design professionals, and specialty trade subcontractors across both private and public matters.
