We're Hiring: Civil Litigation Associate Attorney | Pittsburgh, PA | $110K-$180K A leading Pittsburgh-based law firm is actively seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position offering both flexibility and courtroom action perfect for a driven litigator ready to level up. Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid Schedule) Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law. Bar Requirement: Must be admitted and in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters , including: Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations Draft pleadings, legal memos, motions, and discovery documents Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process Oil & gas disputes Breach of contract Fraud & fraudulent conveyances UCC issues Business torts & breach of warranty claims Ideal Candidate: 3-5 years of civil litigation experience Confident litigator with excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Team-oriented and client-focused Eager to take ownership of cases and contribute to a collaborative firm culture Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
