About the Role: You'll support attorneys handling a wide range of civil and corporate litigation matters , including: Real Estate Litigation Construction Litigation Corporate Litigation Employment Litigation School Litigation Key Responsibilities: Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents Calendar hearings, track deadlines , and manage legal logistics Organize exhibits, case files, evidence, briefs, and appendices Provide high-level litigation support from pre-litigation through appeal What You Bring: Paralegal certificate required 3+ years of litigation experience (corporate litigation preferred) Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Excellent typing and phone communication skills Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word , and ideally Worldox Compensation & Benefits: 401(k) with match Medical, dental, life insurance Health savings + flexible spending accounts Generous PTO and retirement plan Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
