Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Develop case strategies and provide legal analysis
Maintain strong organizational and case management skills
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and advocacy skills
5+ years of Medical Malpractice experience
