What your future day will look like:
- Work directly with developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties on construction-related matters.
- Support commercial, industrial, institutional, and heavy civil projects throughout the Southeast.
- Analyze risk, develop strategies, and help clients drive successful project outcomes.
- Manage an active caseload with increasing autonomy while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with members of the construction litigation team using modern technology and tools.
- Contribute to business development efforts and long-term client relationships.
Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with construction industry clients and project stakeholders
- Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort using technology to collaborate and manage casework efficiently
- Desire to grow professionally; portable book of business is a plus
- 5-7 Years of Litigation Experience, Ideally in Construction
