Construction Litigation Attorney

Salary: $150,000-$170,000 + Bonus

What your future day will look like:

• Work directly with developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and sureties on construction-related matters.
• Support commercial, industrial, institutional, and heavy civil projects throughout the Southeast.
• Analyze risk, develop strategies, and help clients drive successful project outcomes.
• Manage an active caseload with increasing autonomy while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate closely with members of the construction litigation team using modern technology and tools.
• Contribute to business development efforts and long-term client relationships.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience working with construction industry clients and project stakeholders
• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort using technology to collaborate and manage casework efficiently
• Desire to grow professionally; portable book of business is a plus
• 5-7 Years of Litigation Experience, Ideally in Construction
