We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Duties
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for a variety of legal tasks, including:
Conducting thorough legal research.
Drafting legal documents and correspondence with precision and clarity.
Representing clients in negotiations and litigation across various legal matters.
Advising clients on issues related to real estate law, construction law, probate law, and contracts.
Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategies and client management
Maintaining accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards
Experience
Candidates should possess:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience in litigation and preferably, experience in real estate, construction, or probate matters.
Strong writing skills for effective legal drafting and communication
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
Prior experience in a law office setting is advantageous
