Our Pittsburgh-based litigation team is actively seeking a mid-level Attorney (3-7 years) to join a high-performing group focused exclusively on complex federal securities class actions. This is not a back-office role you will be hands-on, strategic, and deeply involved in high-stakes litigation from day one. You will work on major cases against FAANG companies, national banks, oil conglomerates, and crypto exchanges, prosecuting claims under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. What You'll Do: Drive sophisticated securities class action litigation in federal court Conduct deep legal research and draft compelling briefs on complex federal securities issues Investigate claims and draft detailed complaints Lead and manage multi-party discovery Guide institutional investors through the lead plaintiff process Draft and argue oppositions to motions to dismiss Brief class certification Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses Play a key role in shaping litigation strategy at every stage What We're Looking For: 3-7 years of litigation or complex commercial litigation experience Strong federal court experience Exceptional research and persuasive writing skills Experience with motions practice and discovery management Deposition experience strongly preferred Active Pennsylvania Bar license Why This Role Stands Out:C Nationally significant, high-impact litigation Direct responsibility not just support work Hybrid flexibility Competitive compensation (DOE) Collegial, elite litigation team If you're looking to step into meaningful, complex securities litigation with real responsibility and exposure, this is your move.
