Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a 2-5 years experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with paralegal support.

• Handle all litigation phases including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

• Communicate and negotiate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.

• Oversee settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and related parties.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience required.

• Active Texas Bar license required.

• Strong experience in depositions, mediations, and trial work.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.

• Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume litigation caseload.
