What we are looking for. The ideal candidate would have experience in one or more areas of law as follows: Civil litigation, Elder Law, Employment, Social Security, Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, General Practice. Preferably 3-5 years of experience. Book of business preferred but not required. Job Duties. Maintain office hours; approximately 40 hours a week Diligence to Case Load Promptly responding to clients Attend court hearings Diligent recording of time and billing Job Requirements. Ability/Willingness to learn; Hard working; Pleasant demeanor. Organized. Able to work well with others and with clients.
