Lauderdale-West Palm), as a remote-based Associate Litigation Attorney. We are seeking a dedicated professional with 5 years of experience in first party property damage insurance matters. Salary is $90,000.00-$100,000.00 with annual performance-based bonus. Responsibilities & Requirements: Represent clients in State Circuit /County Court and Federal court Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings Advise clients on legal issues and provide guidance on potential outcomes Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients Attend depositions, hearings, and trials Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files Experience: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the Florida bar association Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on first party property damage insurance civil litigation Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills The Wind Law Group, PLLC is an equal opportunity employer.
