This position allows for a competitive salary and quarterly performance bonus. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to motor vehicle law. This role requires exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Speaking and understanding of the Spanish language is a must. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal counsel to clients on a range of legal issues. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies. Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other necessary documentation. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments. Experience: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in legal administrative tasks and drafting legal documents. Familiarity with motor vehicle accidents is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively advocate for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
