Your New Role:
This regional boutique litigation firm takes on high-profile cases relating to white collar crime, whistleblower claims, and commercial civil litigation. As their newest Litigation Legal Assistant, you'll support a group of attorneys in their Portland office.
In this role, you'll rely on your experience in litigation procedure in Oregon, Washington, and federal courts. Additional responsibilities will include calendaring, docketing, scheduling depositions, coordinating with court reporters, and all that litigation support entails!
This team appreciates strong communication and the occasional nudge to make sure deadlines are met. You'll be included in weekly case status meetings, and if you're interested, you'll have the chance to take on substantive billable work.
You'll have a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
Your New Organization:
With offices in Portland and Seattle, this litigation firm has established a reputation for excellent client service and creative legal strategy. They have an impressive list of clients that includes major corporations as well as individuals. The office team gets along really well together. They prioritize hard work, while also embracing a business casual environment, flexible scheduling, and fun office events.
Benefits include paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) with firm contribution, paid time off, a commuter reimbursement, and a monthly cell phone stipend.
