Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team, representing clients across North Carolina in both State and Federal Courts. This role offers broad exposure across multiple practice areas and provides hands-on experience in litigation, client interaction, and case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda of law, and appellate briefs

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to move matters forward

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case handling

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the state of employment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal and business documents

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
