The Role

Manage a diverse docket of personal injury matters, with emphasis on motor vehicle and related claims

Take an active role in litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trials (travel as needed)

Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

4-10+ years of litigation experience, with strong exposure to personal injury matters

Trial-ready mindset with courtroom familiarity (trial experience a plus, not required)

Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively

Motivated by performance-based compensation and growth opportunities

Strong communication, advocacy, and client management skills

Background in plaintiff-side work preferred (defense candidates with relevant exposure considered)

Active Bar License in Good Standing with TN, or eligibility for admission
