Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Your impact will include:
Organizing case files, pleadings, and supporting documents to ensure seamless case management
Coordinating client meetings, depositions, and conference calls to facilitate ongoing case activity
Drafting legal documents, demands, releases, and trial materials
Managing and updating electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense attorneys to keep everyone informed and engaged
Assisting with research, witness preparation, and court filings to support successful case resolution
Qualifications / What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in legal support, preferably within personal injury or litigation
Associates degree in Paralegal or Legal Studies; Bachelor's preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal case management software
Strong organization, communication, and discretion skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt as needed

Job Type: Permanent
Pay / Salary: $58K-$60K plus full benefits package
Hours / Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible start times, no overtime)
Location: Onsite with business casual dress code, including jeans on Fridays
