Senior Litigation Attorney About the Firm I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Dallas-based litigation boutique representing middle-market businesses, insurers, real estate stakeholders, and capital providers. The firm handles complex commercial and insurance-related disputes and offers a collaborative, business-focused environment with direct partner interaction. About the Role The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its commercial litigation practice. This role is well-suited for an attorney who can independently manage sophisticated matters while mentoring junior attorneys and maintaining direct client contact. This is a full-time, in-office position with meaningful responsibility and a clear path for long-term growth. Responsibilities Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses, including experts Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials Supervise and mentor junior attorneys Maintain client relationships and provide strategic guidance Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Texas law license 8+ years of commercial litigation experience Strong drafting and motion practice skills Experience with insurance coverage disputes preferred Trial, arbitration, mediation, or appellate experience Solid understanding of financial and business-entity issues Ability to manage a demanding docket independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive base compensation with performance-based upside No portable book of business required Business development mentorship and client exposure Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan Long-term growth and partnership potential To Apply All inquiries will be handled discreetly.
