Attorney

We are seeking a Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney with 3+years of experience to manage a full caseload of employment-related injury matters. This role offers hands-on litigation and trial experience, with the opportunity to work both independently and under partner guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full docket of personal injury and workers' compensation cases

• Handle all phases of litigation, including case investigation, client communication, discovery, depositions, and motion practice

• Prepare for and participate in trials, including pre- and post-trial responsibilities

• Represent clients in hearings before the Industrial Commission

• Collaborate with paralegals and the legal team to drive case strategy and execution

• Participate in firm initiatives such as community outreach and related programs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation

• Trial or hearing experience, ideally before the Industrial Commission

• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills

• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Active Illinois State Bar license required
