We represent clients not only in the State of Indiana, but also in Michigan and Illinois.Qualifications-Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree in paralegal studies-Experience in medical malpractice or personal injury -2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal-Paralegal certification preferred-Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management softwareKey Responsibilities-Strong interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys and co-workers-Strong research, analytical, and investigative skills; ability to document and present findings in a clear and concise manner-Make sound judgements, and flexibility/adaptability to prioritize, organize, manage, and complete time sensitive matters-Strong written and oral communication, analytical and organizational skills-Motivated and capable of working independently and in a collaborative environment-Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with care and sensitivity-Ability to make sound decisions and exercise independent judgement and discretion with integrity and accountabilityBenefits-Health Benefits-PTO
