Medical Malpractice / Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal with 7+ years of experience to join the team, supporting medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Ideal for detail-oriented professionals managing complex litigation, with training provided in medical malpractice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a full docket of medical malpractice and personal injury cases

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Review, summarize, and track medical records, billing, and expert materials

• Assist in trial preparation including exhibits and witness coordination

• Communicate with clients, experts, and counsel while ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of paralegal experience (personal injury required; med mal preferred)

• Strong case management and organizational skills in a litigation environment

• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal documentation

• Ability to analyze and summarize medical records and billing

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
