The Opportunity: We are seeking an Associate Attorney with real estate experienceor strong interest in real estate lawwho wants to become a trusted advisor across multiple high-value practice areas. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys transactional work, client interaction, and business development. While real estate will be a primary focus, this is more than a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who is excited to help expand and elevate our real estate practice by strengthening referral relationships, enhancing the client experience, identifying growth opportunities, and helping us become the go-to closing and real estate counsel in the region. You will receive mentorship, hands-on training, and direct client opportunities. This is not a back-room drafting roleit is a path toward becoming a highly capable, client-facing counselor.
