Experience in mass torts, class actions and professional liability defense (skilled care facilities, hotels/motels, lawyers, architects and engineers, sports teams) is a plus. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of defense litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. Experience with both state and federal courts preferred, as well as state and federal administrative agencies. This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effective manner. This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Admission to the state bar of Delaware is required. Admission to Ohio plus.
